Eligibility for Returns

  1. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including being in the original, unopened packaging.
  2. Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the item. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected. Note that there is no restocking fee, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If approved, we will email you the return address.
  2. Approval and Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Information

  1. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return request is approved.  Please note that original shipping charges are non refundable.
  2. Applicability: This return policy applies to all items listed on GallerybyFlo.com.
  3. Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original packaging and unopened. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please see item 9.
  4. No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges to maintain the integrity of our products.
  5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos within 3 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. If we sent the incorrect item, we will replace and ship the correct one at no extra charge. For defective or damaged items send an email to Service@GallerybyFlo.com with photos and description of damage so that we can determine a resolution.

  7. Policy Exceptions: There are no exceptions to this policy.
  8. Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
