Shipping policy


ALL ORDERS:

Processing Time: Orders received are processed within 1 to 2 working days.

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our location in North Carolina, United States.

Fulfillment Schedule: Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday. The order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: (UNITED STATES)

Delivery Estimates: Most parcels within the United States are delivered within 2-7 working days from the date of shipment, Monday through Saturday, using USPS. If you do not receive your order within this time frame, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Costs:

US Economy:

Cost: $5.00 flat rate for orders under $50

Free Shipping over $50

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will contain your order number, details of the items purchased, shipping address, and tracking information.

Order Tracking: You can track your order here as well as on your account by logging in.

Shipping Carrier: We only use USPS for our domestic shipments.

Damaged, Lost, or Not Delivered Items:

Damaged: If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and photos within 3 days of delivery. View our Return Policy for more information.

Lost or Not Delivered: If your order is lost, or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please send an email to customer service so we can work together with the carrier to locate the shipment. Please be mindful that USPS may sometimes delay scanning smaller items until they arrive at the final destination. Please allow the full delivery expectation time to be met before making any inquiries.

Return to Sender Policy: If a package is determined undeliverable and returned to the sender, we will promptly notify you and contact you to discuss the next steps.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Please review the following terms before placing your order:

Shipping Process: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your package.

Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Seized Packages:

    • We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or seized by customs during transit.
    • Once the package leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier, any delays, seizures, or damages that occur are beyond our control.
    • We advise checking with your country’s customs office for any restrictions or requirements regarding the products you are purchasing.

Package Tracking: We will provide tracking details for all international shipments. Please note that once the package leaves the origin country, tracking may become limited depending on the destination country.

Delivery Estimates: Most parcels outside of the United States are delivered within 22 working days from the date of shipment, Monday through Saturday, using USPS. If you do not receive your order within this time frame, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping cost is a $25 USD flat rate for international destinations (excluding the United Arab Emirates).

United Arab Emirates
Standard Shipping: 8–17 business days
Due to current carrier conditions, shipping rates to this region are higher than standard international rates due to current carrier conditions.

Shipping Carrier: We use USPS as our carrier for international shipments, and UPS for shipments to UAE.

Additional Fees:
Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply when shipping internationally. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
