Concierge Service Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Concierge Sourcing Service ("Service") offered by Gallery By Flo. By submitting a request for this Service, you agree to the following terms:
SECTION 1 - SERVICE DESCRIPTION
At Gallery By Flo, we offer a personalized Concierge Sourcing Service to locate rare and hard-to-find full-size perfume bottles, including limited editions, vintage classics, discontinued, and niche fragrances.

How It Works:
Submit Your Request: Complete the request form with details about the fragrance you are seeking, including the brand, size, scent profile, and any other relevant preferences.
Consultation: After reviewing your request, we may contact you for additional details regarding size, budget, and timeframe to better understand your needs.
Sourcing: Upon confirmation, we will initiate the search for your fragrance through our trusted suppliers and distributors. Authenticity is guaranteed, and proof of purchase or certification will be provided upon delivery.
Price Estimate: Once the item is sourced, we will provide a price estimate within the agreed-upon budget from the consultation. If you wish to proceed, we will move forward with invoicing and delivery arrangements.
Consultation: After reviewing your request, we may contact you for additional details regarding size, budget, and timeframe to better understand your needs.
Sourcing: Upon confirmation, we will initiate the search for your fragrance through our trusted suppliers and distributors. Authenticity is guaranteed, and proof of purchase or certification will be provided upon delivery.
Price Estimate: Once the item is sourced, we will provide a price estimate within the agreed-upon budget from the consultation. If you wish to proceed, we will move forward with invoicing and delivery arrangements.
SECTION 2 - SERVICE FEE
A $25 service fee will be charged at the time you confirm your desire to proceed with the sourcing process.
This fee is valid for 3 months. If the requested item is not found within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund of the service fee.
We will contact you after the 3-month period to determine whether you wish to extend the sourcing process for an additional 3 months at no extra cost, or receive the service fee refund.
If the item is found within the initial 3-month period as described during the consultation and you choose to reject the purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund of the service fee.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY AND INSURANCE
Insurance will be required for delivery of all sourced perfumes to ensure safe arrival.
Gallery By Flo is not liable for any damages or losses that occur during transit. However, we will assist in filing insurance claims where applicable.
SECTION 4 - FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final once the sourced perfume has been purchased and shipped to the client.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the purchase is completed.
SECTION 5 -AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Gallery By Flo guarantees the authenticity of all perfumes sourced through our Service.
We verify authenticity by checking:
Original packaging and or labeling
Batch codes and production dates
General condition of the bottle
Seller reputation and sourcing history
If you have any concerns about the authenticity of the item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly address any concerns at that time.
SECTION 6 - CANCELLATIONS
Clients may cancel their sourcing request within 3 days of confirming the sourcing process for a full refund of any payments made.
After the initial 3-day window, cancellations during the sourcing process will result in forfeiture of the service fee, except in cases where the item is not sourced within the 3-month period, as outlined above.
SECTION 7 - MODIFICATION TO TERMS
Gallery By Flo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to new service requests, while ongoing sourcing requests will follow the terms at the time of submission.
