EU Customer Information & Withdrawal

This policy applies exclusively to consumers residing within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by submitting a clear, unequivocal statement using the Electronic Withdrawal Form provided below.

3. Hygiene & Sealed Goods Exemption

Pursuant to Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts regarding the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed or broken after delivery.

For our store, this applies to all perfumes, colognes, and samples. Each item is dispatched with a physical, tamper-evident hygiene seal. If you break, open, or tamper with this seal, you permanently lose your right to withdraw from the contract.
Eligibility for withdrawal will be assessed upon receipt of the returned goods and verification that any hygiene seal remains intact.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earliest.

This electronic withdrawal form is intended solely for customers located within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA).
